Holiday Shopping Return Policy- Returns Extended to Jan. 25, 2024!
Thank you for visiting our site! In order to best serve our customers we accept returns on unopened items sent back to our warehouse within 30 days from the original ship date. Refunds will be less shipping costs. Any non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and refunded until the order has been returned.

Defective products may also be returned within 30 days. Please call customer service at 888-510-1194 or email us at [email protected] before sending back defective products for specific return shipping instructions. We will send you a return label to return defective items.

CDs and DVDs cannot be returned once opened unless they are damaged due to copyright laws.

Personal care items may not be returned once opened due to health code reasons unless they are defective. By purchasing from us you are agreeing to these terms.
